El Boliche is a 8.5-hectare project located in Lasso, Ecuador at 3,100 meters. We focus on producing specialty flowers provinding a wide arrangement of roses, spray roses, garden roses, handcrafted tinted roses, pine, Callas, stock, carnations, spray carnations and bells of Ireland. In 2021 we will start offering Eryngium. several types of Eucalyptus and other fillers.  ​ The company currently has over 90 workers, of which 60% are women. The company prides itself in its Corporate Social Responsibility programs focused on women empowerment. In 2016, we became the second Ecuadorian company to subscribe the UN’s Women's Empowerment Principles, ensuring that we provide an adequate platform to encourage the professional growth of our workers.   We believe that sustainability and profitability go hand in hand that is why we have a 12-hectare forest and a series of environmental programs such as water conservation, water recycling, rainwater collection, wetland filters, water basin conservation & replenishment, safe zones for pollinators, composting and supplier accountability.
